An ADC should not be stronger than a Support early game

Except in a few cases where they trade strong early/mid game for a weaker late game. ADC's being the best at all points in the game is why we're seeing the "adc's in all lane" meta that we have right now. A marksman champion should not be stronger than a support early game, but they should be the strongest late game. I think this would definitely fix this awful meta and give some new interaction to help the support role, which has traditionally been the ADC's bitch. Being stronger than an earlygame ADC will make supporting actually attractive to the playerbase, as currently many are offput by the current status of the role as the ADC's sidekick.

An adc should not be stronger than any champ at every stage of the game.

They are stronger than supports, tanks, mages, bruisers and even some assassins early game. Which is ridiculous since they are also the best lategame champions by default.

This is so true. ADC's have about the same early game power as everyone else, slightly weaker mid game than everyone, but after 30 minutes, every other class falls off compared to adc's.
