I'm calling it now,Ryze will be the most broken mage next patch

After playing him and watching many high elo players using him,I can literally see him being the most broken mage next patch (other than vladimir of course)Why next patch?I think most Ryze player will be able to understand his laning phase and kit in a month or less.Also,his wave clear is unbelievably great.The burst you can perform on champions during mid-late game is almost broken imo.Also,I wan't to start practicing ryze and pick him to climb,do you guys think I can reach somewhere with him,and if he is a high-risk high-reward champ or if he is pretty much freelo,let me know guys,very interested.
