gold 2 to silver 2 0 lp

what am i doing wrong? im not playing bad or anything, in fact, i find most my games to be relatively easy. win lane, play good, get fed, enter teamfight, kill 2-3 people, gets os'ed, team dies, defeat, ???. Usually there is always 1-2 people on the who are either really really underskilled or are derankers/trollers, having botlane going 0 - 8 - 0 and - 0 - 7 - 1 has a stronger impact than midlane (me) going 21 - 4, i think at this point i need help understanding the game and how to deal with every lane getting steamrolled

You're playing Pantheon and letting games stall out, once you hit beyond level 13 on Pantheon you're already pretty much useless Also stop taking dark harvest lol you wanna take electrocute with sorc secondary

  1. 183G 84W 99L

Preferred Position (Rank) 46% 7.6 / 6.9 / 6.1 1.98:1 (42%)

Those are your ranked stats from the past month, a 7 death average is pretty abysmal and you should try and trim it down until you're only dying 4 on average

You're also averaging around 4 CS pergame whereas it should be hovering around 6 for it to be considered a moderately okay cash-flow

  1. Playing on tilt

You're playing back to back games and focusing more on your previous losses than actually playing the game optimally, relax with some normals whenever you lose one to get your mindset back where it needs to be cause if you think these games are "easy" but you're consistently negative in KDA there's something wrong there

  1. Warding

I looked at a couple matches, in some instances you only placed 8 wards in 36 minute long games while you aren't swapping over to sweeper?

Use the website mobalystics and it'll criticise you until you realise what you're doing wrong

I do use it, and it only told me about my cs'ing. yeah ive been playing pantheon alot, wanted to try him before the rework, and it went quite well except for a few matches where i had negative kda, but the problem with taking him is that lanes lose pretty much all the time making it hard to carry as him since he falls out pretty hard and he isnt a good 1v9 champ. My recent matches and in the past month has been bad due to the massive defeats because of my panth streak, i usually play mid and top which i havent dont at all recently since i wanted to learn new roles, i think the problem is that im losing alot of coinflips.

They aren't coinflip games if you are being a major contribution to why they are losing, Pantheon is not good for carrying unless you're an experienced and carry-like player and even then it's difficult on Pantheon

You can't keep blaming other people for losing then not correct the negative impacts you're doing chief

For me they are coinflips, when i was gold 2 i didnt perform different from my current performance, but my team didnt hard feed or troll like most of them did in my recent games and still does in my current games. when botlane decides to go 0 - 8 - 0 and 0 - 7 - 1 it becomes close to impossible to win the game since 2 players are already out of the game ( out, they dc'ed ), and have stronger impact than on the rest rest of the team who isnt feeding. When i was gold so was most of my teammates which meant that they had no reason to go 1 - 10 like many midlaners in my current elo does, they would either win lane or play safe/passive if they fell behind, atleast most of them. Not many people does that in silver which ive come to understand but if i cant help them by camping their lanes then i cant really do much in order to improve their gameplay

I mean you get queued up with people that preform the same as you ya the queues are filled with trolls but you do have to keep in mind you're queued with people in the same MMR as you after you've lost 13 games in a row - they're probably in the same boat dont understand damage control or bother to actually learn the game

stop playing pantheon in silver and expecting to win coz whenever someone on the enemy team gets a kill you get more and more useless

that's all i can say as an extra here lol

No worries. At some point i was Plat 2, then went to Silver 4, now I am plat 4 again. There are bad and good games and sometimes team mates where no matter what you do you still lose. What matters is how much do you influence overall. Speaking roughly, each player has 10% of influence to the outcome. If you always good, even after losing streaks you still will climb.

AugustThePranker1 votes

Thanks for the reply, the closest ive been to plat was my promos to gold 1, which was before my huge out-of-nowhere losing streak. its not a new thing for me to derank 2-3 times and then rankup 2-3 times again, but i have never ever been deranked an entire division before, and im 100% sure that i will never get back to gold since there is almost always a troll/extreme feeder in every team i get placed it.

You ranked up through MF and Tryndamere, and now you've swapped to Pantheon. I have no real way of knowing without watching your matches, but I think you aren't adjusted to snowballing with Pantheon yet. As a Pantheon, losing lanes are more harmful to you than it is to other junglers, which is because the laners will eventually have to compensate for you in teamfights. By snowballing harder, you can prevent some losing lanes from occurring or reverse them. I've never really jungled, but I think your best bet is placing more focus on the mid and bottom lane in the order written. Getting the mid laner ahead means creating another person that can help your team snowball, and getting botlane ahead usually guarantees a stronger teamfight.

That was exactly the reason why i played panth, a good early game jgl so what i did was ganking 24/7 and ensuring that every lane would win, but the problem is that panth isnt a good at 1v9'ing and falls off pretty badly, so i would be dependent on my team to ''carry'' the rest of the game when i start to fall off, which doesnt work since babysitting lanes and even focusing on giving them the kills doesnt do much at all and they still end up either losing the lane or throwing the game. I had a game where i decided to camp bot in order to get vayne fed. it worked, and she got fed, but later on in the game she decided to flash into the enemy team in order to kill enemy support who was 1 auto from dying, it got her killed and resulted in us losing the teamfight and the enemy ending the game. so going jgl and helping every lane isnt a good idea in low elo, and it doesn't work at all. so i dont know what i should do right now, i went from gold 2 to silver 2 at 0 lp for no real reason at all, i havent been performing badly or anything compared to my gold 2 games, my team just started performing really bad which was why i started playing pantheon in order to ensure that they would'nt perform bad. i think its time to quit league

Well, first thing first, how did you get to Gold2 in the first place? Can't you just do the same thing again?

Second, such a huge drop suggest being heavily tilted and not able to focus properly, but I can't tell without actually seeing your games.

Third, I'm sorry, it's such a trite comment, but it's still true: other people don't matter, focus on yourself. When you lose, ask yourself, what could I have done differently? What could I have done better? Sometimes there is no obvious answer, and it's OK, you can't win all games. But most of the times, even if you were the best player in that game, there are still things you can improve.

I didnt do much in order to get to gold 2, except for doing my best, which i do now aswell, but my teams are very bad currently compared to the ones i had in gold, which is why im losing.

I did tilt, i didn't stop playing, and i did end up being aggressive (D:) but i would'nt say that it affected my gameplay directly, i had only a few bad games in that period, and overall i would'nt say that my mood was the reason behind the defeats.

Surely, ill keep improving and at the end of the day, i should manage to climb, seeing as every game is statistically a victory, with 40% of my team being ''unknown'', while 50% of the enemy team is is ''unknown'', the chance of feeders on the enemy team is greater than on my team, as im always sure that atleast 10% if not 20%, (premade) will not run it down.

I just got demoted to silver 3! our jgl who was lvl 265 decided to go 1- 10 and not listen to a single call or not say a single word troughout the entire match. he did 0 ganks and kept counterjungling and ended up dying each time. i got demoted due to my poor play and damn, i really have to improve my gameplay, my team is always so good and tries to carry me, but im just too bad for this game D:

I'm not a coach or anything and I'm not good at the game in my opinion but what I would do is if you always win lane and end up getting fed, I would find ways to transition your lead towards other lanes/players. Silver players don't know how to close out games from what I've been hearing. Try watching high elo players and see how they transition from early>mid>late game and good luck on your climb!
