Likelihood is that we're not shipping the changes on PBE.
Also worth noting is that the numbers stated by lolalytics for that last datapoint is inaccurate. Currently Janna is sitting at 53.5% at high MMR based on internal data, so not nearly as low as 49%.
Sadly don't expect worth while conversations on these boards. To many people are blinded by their pure hatred of a champ they do not understand who expresses skill in ways they have never tried to understand and are just going to flame you.
