Phage on Recommended Builds, and then builds into nothing else...

Hi, I've noticed that several champs have Phage as a Recommended Starting Item, however, some of those champs don't have an item that builds from Phage in their next tier of Recommended Items. In those instances, I do see that those champs have Frozen Mallet as a next item, and I recall that there was a time when Phage could be upgraded to Frozen Mallet, but that was changed a while ago.

I believe that those champs need to have their Recommended Builds updated (Trinity Force? Entropy?) or if they do rely that much on buying a Phage early on and then selling it, perhaps they need to get a better follow-through item. I've noticed this on several champions while playing in Twisted Treeline, but I believe it's similar in other maps.
