Sion's Q and R stop working suddently

This but has happened to me and to two of my friends at least, but from other threads I found here it happens to many players. Q and R stop working at some point, usually around 15+ minutes in the game and it has happened to us in Twisted Treeline and in Summoner's Rift. Please fix this bug since it has been a while already. I went through the other threads I found related to this topic and didn't find a response from Riot. Could we at least get an acknowledgement that this is being worked on?
