Ranked game play ban

This is something to help bronzies and silvers. To put it simply, people in these ranks give up too quickly. And one person can easily throw a game. I have had it happen multiple times in the last few days. Once I was support and the ADC died, so I last hit minions and the ADC rage quit and afked because I was stealing farm when only the ADC was behind. My last game, the mid died twice, we were 3 to their 6 and he just gives up, and doesn't try. These people shouldn't be banned from league but a temp ranked gameplay ban would be a great helper. I would say remove the surrender button as well but then people will just feed to lose faster because "its hopeless".

To put this into perspective, we were vs zac, fiddlesticks, yasuo, thresh and ezreal as talon, tryndamere, tristana, gnar and ali. Notice how only zac and thresh scale well into late game? Had he not given up and let them get our inhibitor we could have easily won. When I say let, I mean he was the only one in position to help ali stop their last remaining champion, he was at full health, and he refused to act on them killing it.
