Yasuo instakilling maokai at around 11 seconds into the video, notice the "inf" damage icon being displayed too. Unsure what caused this should be looked into by riot.

Yes riot should disable him so they can figure this bug out. Take your time after you disable him no need to rush.

sounds like something that snuck over from urgot. no idea how or why, but hes the only champion with a mechanic that has infinite damage potential.

The thing that bugs me is that there's litterally an INF damage marker in the game and that it's usable by champs other than 
The number is bugged, but all he did was get a crit and kill them.
This is the most likely culprit.
EEE 754 floating point numbers can represent positive or negative infinity, and NaN (not a number). These three values arise from calculations whose result is undefined or cannot be represented accurately.
Somewhere in the calculation for the "inf" crit, something did not compute, and the only option for the coding left became INF.
Look. I get this is a joke, but there are champions that exist that are ACTUALLY bad for the game that need to be fixed.
Unpopular opinion:
Yasuo is not one of them.
If Yasuo gets changes because he is Overpowered and Oppressive before Chogath gets anything, then IDK.
