Not sure if it's always been this way, but lots of ADCs rush vamp scepter and it feels like you cannot really do anything to them alone at that point.
They just heal up all damage and require a gank to kill.
The Leo Cat1 votesRush a last whisper if that's the case. More than likely, the ADC is going to build more life steal, and grievous wounds will just ruin their day. If you don't want to do that, take ignite. Which applies grievous wounds and gives true sight. The item will also give you the ability to chunk down tanks. You can also get thorn mail or blade of the ruined king which will probably remove most of their healing.
