Who counters Jayce top?

a ban, but really a good jayce is hard to beat... it would take a really good kennan or riven player

ban is your best bet... however unlike other champs he dont hit a power spike at lvl 6 cuz technically he has no ult. part of what makes him stronger now then before is he is doing the armor pen build like lucian instead of rushing tear where his power was delayed building up the tear so champs that have a strong early game and mobility are good vs him. you can close the gap on him, have high damage as he does and have mobility to dodge his poke.

in the day yorick use to make him cry cuz he has no sustain but idk now... nid use to be a good match vs him as of now i dont know...

maybe riven, rumble, gnar? kayle?

maybe ranged type of champs like panth or quinn maybe

i guess an ekko or yasou might be ok vs him

Can confirm, Kennen works well.

I played against a Jayce main with the new Yorick, whooped his rear. If Yorick doesn't get the boot and you're up against a Jayce, he's not a bad choice. (At this time of writing anyway, things may change if either champ gets nerfed/buffed)

I played against a shen one time as jayce and I did not have a fun time at all

Ban him or play him yourself, nothing counters jayce atm other than your jungler camping him and his jungler being afk.
