I have a pretty simple goal before 2019 but i need some Rioters help

My goal is to see how many Rioters i can add on my friends list. Ive got two at the moment but i want this number to grow. If I can get this number to lets say 10-15 then I would say that I have accomplished my goal.

You know, people you play with affect gameplay. so hell its a stretch but lets not destroy this for being posted in gameplay. I would recommend you keep an eye on Dev corner and next time the play test team does a patch chat see if you can get some additional adds there, usually has a good number of reds.
