Option to Report Pre & Post Game
I believe it would be helpful to have the option to report before (for example, in case of champ select negativity followed by dodging) and after games (in case of client crash)
to further improve the community
I understand Riot is busy, but I would really appreciate a feature to report outside of games. My client crashed, so I wasn't able to report during the end of game chat, which happens to me every so often.
Some might say this feature rewards people for holding a grudge. That might be the case for some people, but others just want to better the communitiy. There's a difference between holding a grudge/taking it personally and simply wanting to improve the community. I don't give a damn what some stranger thinks of me, but it can be unpleasant to have your chat filled with toxic nonsense. That behavior doesn't belong on a team game.
