Ability to Report Post End Game Chat (in the case of client crashes)

I believe it would be helpful to have the option to report before and after games to further improve the community.

Recently, I played with one of the most immature, annoying players I've ever experienced. My Katarina used extremely offensive language, such as "%%%got" and "fuck you", multiple times when I would try to give level headed, constructive feedback, like "please group". Not only did she refuse to group, trying to 1v5, but the worst of it was the immature language spamming most of the chat.

I understand Riot is busy, but I would really appreciate a feature to report outside of games. My client crashed, so I wasn't able to report during the end of game chat, which happens to me every so often.

It would _also _ be nice to be able to report toxic dodgers.

Some might say this feature rewards people for holding a grudge. That might be the case for some people, but others just want to better the communitiy. There's a difference between holding a grudge/taking it personally and simply wanting to improve the community. I don't give a damn what some stranger thinks of me, but it can be unpleasant to have your chat filled with toxic nonsense. That behavior doesn't belong on a team game.
