Runeglaive isn't op, Sated Devourer is way more interesting than release-Cinderhulk ever was, and the Juggernaut updates are still tentative pbe changes.

The rank system is gettting changed next preseason. As for sandbox I'm pretty sure they're just going to wait until they got the new client out of the way first.

I can't remember if it was Reddit or Boards, but a Rioter said that they'll be looking in to the ranked system next season, but can't do it right now since it'd affect a lot of people.
