Game crashes and FPS issues

Now i am not the only one with this problem. People i have been playing with i know and those i dont have had about half their usual frames throughout the game dropping to like 2 during team fights and games crashing when it has never happened before. This has only been an issue for the past 2 patches so i do not know if we all just have bad computers and terrible wifi or if there is something actually wrong with the game.
