Garen using spells when polymorphed
When lulu polymorphs garen if garen's q or e have been cast they will still go off. Lulu's whimsey says it doesnt allow enemies to cast spells so why does those still go off.

You want something really funny? Have your allied kench eat Garen while Garen is spinning and flash into a group of enemies.
Same idea at work. Basically, Garen's e summons an aoe damage effect centered on Garen which will continue until he is killed. It even goes through suppression ults.
Gonna say this but nothing stops garen spin, NOTHING.
Well since it was cast before you I suppose it is priority of who clicked first.
He used the spell before he was polymorphed. Like tristana w or ezreal e isn't stopped by silences or snares because it was already cast just not animated yet.
the exact thing happens with Wu Kong ult. its been the case since forever. and its actually intended game play. for some reason.. doesn't make sense but its not a bug. just dumb game mechanics
