Considering you only had 3 completed items, the game must have ended fairly fast. I'd say multiple teammates on your team did well, and 4/6/21 is definitely a respectable score, nice job dude :) [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
I'd say you did fairly well, I dont know the total kills but it looks like you were involved in alot of them.
Not saying you did bad but remember theres always room to improve, and as a tank remember your job is to tank for your team, not take unnecessary damage just because your tanky.
I would say your score just barely passes as good or "ok"
this is how I judge myself in every game i played in terms of if i fed or not
0 deaths = perfect game 1-2 deaths = Good game 3-4 deaths = allright game 5-6 deaths = I could of done better :/

But then we have the LOL kda score
KDA is Kills+Assists/deaths
KDA of 2 or lower = bad game KDA of 3 = decent game KDA of 4 = good game KDA of 5 or higher = Maxwell you were a God

4 + 21 / 6 = 4.1
So with my deaths grade and the LOL KDA grade I would say you had a decent game, you did pretty good. If you are the type of player who constantly reviews over how you do like I am, then use these two grading charts, it's a great way to start off your analysis before you get into deeper detail such as the plays you made
I think you did well. Though I would t take into consideration some other factors: game length and overall death participation. You had six, but is that six of 30 or six of 15. Sometimes you can't help but get pulled into the flow of the game and if 9 other people are playing team death match your count will be higher but played well in the scope of that game.
God knows if your score was any higher, there would be more tank item nerfs.
I once was about 14/4 or something as Poppy jungle, only offensive item was the titanic hydra. So I believe you're fine.
Yes, but it is also in contrast to kill participation % based on total kills your team has made.

You did okay, but you could have done a lot better. Your CS for a nearly 40 minute game is frankly really bad, and you probably died more often than you should have.
Oh, and Kha'Zix certainly carried that game.
Imagine you were 25/6/0. All of those kills were ksed from you.
