When a Fizz uses his E to dodge an Ashe/Ezreal ult and brags that "Lol takes skillz noob :D", Ill be like,"Try go Taric, then try dodging it again.".
Seriously, his fking E needs to be nerfed down. For an invulneraable move, it shouldn't do THAT much damage.
sona is more nerf-able than fizz in Riot's view
I don't think he's OP, just annoying as fuck to play against. I'll admit I was pretty salty when he trollpoled over my Azir ult and 1-shotted me before I could react.
He is very weak in lane
Are you serious? Fizz has one of the best dives in the game at level 3.

just remove the untargetability from his E and you're golden. I have no issues with a gap closer/dodge acting as samage (a la shunpo or Akali's ult) but to be that, and make you invincible to boot is too much...
increase cool-downs by a second or 2.
Topping this off, he's insultingly impossible to gank. unless he is under your tower and even then E resets the tower if his wave is there. and if you do manage to catch him, better pray you have a Mumu ult (lol by then he already has his and will wreck your midlaner's shit with it before you can do anything)
I can tell you this from experience: Fizz is really, REALLY BAD with mana. Maxing his E first( wave clear and more use of the poll) causes him to burn 1/3 to 1/2 of his mana on one POLE, not even one combo. Using his full combo burns most of your mana.
The last thing fizz has to be is careless. He has to play... like a trickster.

Just give him a longer cooldown on everything except for ult, but make his DoT do a bit more damage. This will nerf him a lot, but still make him playable.
