Um, hello Riot, why rework assassins when there are champions that actually need one

Now, while I understand that most of you are thinking OMG HOW COULD YOU SAY RENGAR DOESN'T NEED A REWORK HES SO BROKEN!!! Hear me out. While I agree some of these guys are in need of a nerf they aren't in need of a full on rework, you could easily make Rengar balanced by increasing the cool down on his Q, there problem solved. Why rework him and other assassins when champions like Warwick desperately needs at the very least a visual rework.

I'm not saying that these guys are completely balanced and don't need a nerf, but that's it, these guys don't need an entire kit rework. What I am saying is that League needs to look at champions like Warwick, who like Taric was before his rework, only a select few (like me) actually play and have success with them. Then there is Annie, who actually is in desperate need of a rework as her kit is completly and utterly broken beyond repair, and needs to be fixed.

So to sum up, I think Riot has their priorites messed up, and need to focus on champions that need a rework to become relavant again ( IE Warwick) and champions whose kit just is completely and utterly broken (IE Annie).
