Can you please make chroma skins obtainable only from champion masteries?

As the champion mastery update was announced not to long ago I think that chorma skins should be obtainable that way. Would make it much more fun and exciting getting it that way rather then buying them. This would give a reason for players to play their favorite champion and actually work for it. Honestly this could of had so much more potential then this.
