Teemo Shrooms Change
Currently, Teemo's shrooms act as mini-wards that explode when coming into contact and deal a DoT over 4 seconds and inflict a pretty heavy slow for the duration.
What if, when they ever update Teemo, they made it so his shrooms act like sentinels?
Something like: Coming within x amount of units of Teemo's shroom, the shroom activates and releases poisonous spores in an AoE that deal damage every half/.75 second(s) for 4 seconds.
That way you can trigger them without feeling the frustration of a 4 second slow and inevitable DoT scourge + Liandrys, etc-- and they still provide a unique way to quarantine an area without being too anoying.
Just as a topper, you could make them target-able once activated so they can be destroyed, but they are no longer revealed/disabled by Lens or Duskblade.
