Elise BORING

I tried Elise again just to be reminded of why I never touch her. yes shes good in jungle and overpowered in many ways, but shes just bland. Elise is so so so so bland, she has one of the highest amount of skillsets yet she somehow manages to be the most boring jungler i have ever had in my collection. Its like playing a champion that had all sorts of other champions slapped into a box without a care, no personality, nothing fresh. just bland cc, bland dps, bland tankyness. Instead of a bloodmoon skin why not a battlecast skin? she plays like a robot! there is just no life in between the two forms, absolutely no connection between a female throwing poison and spiders out of her hands and a giant robot tank who cant do anything but dps her targets to death. such a poorly thought out character needs to be remade. I know it will happen eventually because look at Alistar, even he has more personality at this point.

Well if you really think she is boring at jungle you can try her top or mid to have more fun :P here is a elise gameplay top against olaf :P

I don't find her very boring. I think there's something of a personality connection between human/spider form in that human form is very "I'm a typical mage, if you get close to me I'll probably die instantly :(" whereas her spider form is very "surprise! I'm actually going to bite the crap out of you until you die >:D". That's a decent connection to her lore.

Her kit is actually quite unique too - while she does have a lot of mechanics that aren't very creative (Cocoon for example being very cookie cutter CC, Neurotoxin being targeted poke etc), she has more interesting ones. Rappel is very different to most gap closers and is the game's most conditional escape move by a mile (which makes it cooler when it's actually used as an escape), the scout mechanic of Volatile Spiderling can only barely be compared to Maokai's saplinga and her spiderlings themselves aren't at all like any other pets the game has.

Elise's kit isn't as void of personality as people make out - it's true that she has a lot of functions that are very much just "yep, this is nice to have on a jungler", but she does quite a few in creative ways.

so basically nidalee but more boring. im not saying this game is void of personality, thats what makes the league of legends. idk if I could control my minions like a mord ult or a Malz minion it would be at least 20x more rewarding. change her spider form into an ult so it wouldn't sound like a factory wheel every 5 seconds.
