Everyone should either get MR/level or not at all.

With the way magic pen is right now, it's laughable compared to the AD counterpart. Not to mention that all AD's have to do is buy SV or Maw. Or god forbid, both. Since SV will enhance the lifesteal an AD has.

So, you get 70+50 MR from these two items. But AP's only have 3 items to choose from when it comes to pen. I don't count Abyssal because not every AP can buy that.

MR Itemization has no options. So of course the ones available are broken.

I hope this problem is addressed with the mage update because buying one or two items basically seals it for an AP. No wonder it's an AD world right now.
