CLIMBING SYSTEM

Personally, I think it takes to much time/work/effort/boosting to climb in in league right now, I feel that if you lose and win games on the regular your gain shouldn't go down, but if thats the rank you belong in, then it should equal out!!! its whatever though riot give me a reason to commit, i got the hotline on speed dial, also mundo is broken doesnt neeed to be that strong and have ridiculous lane sustain, also talon roaming everywhere oneshotting everything isnt very fun either! fix it, idk what or how to fix, it but, fix it. do it im mad, i made this in queue
