Does the Punishment System Reset Over Time?
My question is, does the Punishment System reset it's punishments over a certain amount of time? Such as say one was to get chat banned, after a certain amount of days would the punishment level reset?

The escalation path does indeed reset, but not after a specific amount of days. Just continue playing without receiving any punishments and you'll be good to go.
It does, but it takes quite some time and any valid report against you that's not enough to trigger another punishment will impact that.
