Cant climb - want to play as team..whats is solo que

I've played for a year and cant climb . I get to the top of a bronze bracket and get paired with inflexible uncooperative who wont work with me to stop enemy champions ward or gank. I just want to play the best and learn from my mistakes, but more often than not I send al game bailing and stalling my team out of a deficit . instead of playing 5v5 I have to play 1v9 ...

...................RIOT can you please insert some type of seriousness into ranked games. to kindly and officially break down what happens in these matches like what magic resist is and or armor ganking , team composition or other concepts. like a synopsis on how players lost match or deaths. I understand the info is available after the game , but few people actually stay around to see these stats ... like for example over watch throws this data in your face after matches .....fyi

In lower elo's you can only win games by being better than your opponents. The reason I say lower elo's is because if you watch a higher elo game you notice that the majority of games are won through teamwork since everyone is pretty good mechanically. If you're better you're going to get fed and you need to take charge of the game. My first season I was placed in Bronze 4, and I wasn't there long because I kept getting better. I learned to use my lead and even when my team didn't do anything I just had to put them on my back.
