DISCONNECT IN A MIDDLE OF A MATCH, AND CAN NOT PLAY EVER SINCE

Reposting this here in an attempt to get help.

I've never had a problem before yesterday, but all of a sudden I find myself completely unable to play. Here's what happens:

my cable failed and disconnect in the middle of the game cannot get back into the game and got a game penalty I queue for a game after the match I get to the champion select screen and choose my champion. After everyone picks their champion, the loading screen comes up. About halfway through loading, the game disconnect, Rejoining the game causes me to disconnect without the loading screen again

I'm unsure of what to do. This issue has caused me to get two leaves and I have tried to enter and, needless to say, I am completely unable to play. btw I also have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but continue to have this issue. :(

This happened to me when my on board graphics went on my old desktop. i got a new laptop for 400$ and have had no issues since.

But the exact same thing would happen to me I would load in just fine and as soon as the champs would come up with ping and borders in the loading screen it would DC.

I am 99% positive this has to do with Video Card crash.

I had this happen on Saturday. I played just fine in the morning, then, after I played Ascension, it wouldn't ever load into a match. I tried to boot into ARAM, SR, even Customs, against human and AI, and nothing worked. It corrected itself the next day, but still. I think it was something to do with the last patch.
