[Gameplay] Bugs with Pyke's Ultimate

Basically what happens is that after you have killed someone with the Pyke's ult you get a 20 sec refresh window and during that time your ultimate's cooldown still goes down. However, if your ult has been refreshed but you failed you kill the another person with your second ult. it actually perform a display error where the skill bar actually shows the complete ult cooldown instead of the cdr- the time it was during the refresh phase. I realised this since some of my previous Pyke games there were red highlights around the enemy heath bar and i was able to successfully my ult even if it was displayed as it was still in cooldown. i don't currently have any evidence to back it up but it is a very easy bug to replicate in your own games :S
