Elemental Drakes Add-ons and Buffs
So, there seems to be an overwhelming consensus that Infernal and Mountain Drakes are head and shoulders stronger than Ocean and Cloud Drakes. So, I've been thinking of ways to add a little more incentive to taking the latter two Drakes and adding some effects to all of the Drakes. The buffs I felt should be in addition to current buffs that Cloud and Ocean Drake already provide.
Drake Buffs:
- Cloud Drake: Provides 5/10/15% Attack Speed / Abilities ignore 2/4/8% Magic Resist -OR- Skills and Abilities ignore 2/4/8% Armor & Magic Resist If your total Attack Damage is higher than your total Ability Power; you'll receive the AS buff or armor debuff. And vice versa for AP over AD. (I personally like the AS buff but maybe to keep things simple or balanced the armor and magic resist might be the better way to go.)
-Ocean Drake: Provides a on-hit slow that decays over 1 second to enemy champions. This can be reapplied to the same target after 8/6/4 seconds. (Here I was looking for a way to make Ocean Drake have an impact in combat as well. I'm not entirely sure how strong the slow should be; but I figured it shouldn't be a death sentence if you get tagged once.)
Drake add-on effects: (This is more so to make the Drakes a little more challenging to take.) -Cloud Drake: Has increased attack speed.
-Infernal Drake: Applies a burn over time effect for a percentage of your max health. (Maybe like 1% over 5 seconds or something.)
-Mountain Drake: Has a shield equal to a percentage of it's max health. Once the shield has reached zero, the shield will slowly recharge over 10 seconds before reactivating. The shield will reset its self if Patience has been lost.
-Ocean Drake: Attacks heal the Drake for a percentage of its max health. (Maybe it could heal for like 2% of it's max health with each attack)
These are just some ideas I thought would be interesting to see. Feel free to add on any ideas.
