What am I doing wrong

Out of the 11 ranked games I have only 2 wins, in some of the games I do terrible I admit, but some of them I actually do pretty decent. I'm not even as toxic as I used to be. What do I do

Hard to say anything exact. Skill and knowledge grows the more you play, so it all comes with time. Focus on learning champions, estimating their damages and general decision making. Placing enough vision and getting decent amount of cs every game is also important and has a huge effect on your results.

I can play any role/lane but my main is Talon

assuming you're taking him mid then? in your match history i only see one game with talon and you did really well and won. My best advise is to play talon, it will be easier when the patch with pick intent releases.

Until that time communicate with your team in champ select and tell them you prefer mid, usually they won'y give a shit though. In my experience i enjoy champs that have a diversity of playstyle, such as renekton who can top or jungle (or mid but there's better mids) so if i cant get the role i want i can still use a champion i am very comfortable with, talon is pretty much mid only though.

If you cant get the role you or champion you desire most you need to work on building a core player pool that you feel comfortable with and do well with in each lane, or just wait for the pick intent patch as i said earlier. My personal favorites regardless of meta are renekton for top (or yorick tbh), fizz mid, skarner jg, maokai support, and kog maw adc (even though i build him ap).

Also don't do cookie-cutter builds, you need to build to your opponents weaknesses. Keep in mind assassins can build a little defense too, not just tanks.

Perhaps expand to some more roles and champions. It doesn't look like you have tried playing AP mid or ADC (in the history I can see). Some people are great at all roles, but others may excel at certain roles. For example, I seem to be strongest at mid and support. This season I'm trying to break out of my comfort zone and get better at top and ADC.

Not sure where you are doing pretty decent outside of maybe 3 games (the two you won and thresh game were ok) so I think you need to improve yourself. Your farm is ridiculously low in most of the games you are playing (obv ignore support games) so I would start on working on that. Don't go for trades unless the enemy engages and then work off of their misplays instead of forcing something.

After you get the above working for you then move towards objective style play. It is fine if you can beat your lane partner, but if he provides more to their team via objectives then you really are not doing much.
