Make Lux ult cast faster ;3;

In my opinion Lux just doesnt feel as strong as other mages. With the release of Zoe and her bursty-ness and other mages in league Lux just doesnt add up. I feel making her ultimate cast faster may be able to compensate and make her pick rate go up? Lets be real ive played alot of Lux over the years and so many times ive had the ult indicator on top of an enemy and they have enough time to sidestep it completely. Im sure alot of people won't agree with me and thats fine you can have your own opinion just as i do but I feel it would really make her better

if that happens, then the hitbox, range, and damage need to be reduced to compensate

Don't fall in to riots trap, we don't need to buff things until they are as strong as zoe, zoe is unhealthy bs and is an example of what not to turn a kit in to, just nerf the op champs and get back into fun game-play.

losing with a lux on your team due to a morg, or not being able to hit her q doesn't warrant a cast speed buff. i'm disappointed in morg for not buying a item 3222 to make you think you got cc on one of her allies
