sett new god of 1v1 ?

what is wrong with the dev every champ they create and more broken than other this champ is litteraly the god of 1v1 he have everything big shield lot of hp regen cc and dmg even with ignite you can't kill him because its a shield not a heal at this rate bring back the anti shield of irelia. Why a champ is allowed to hit more than 300 dmg at lv 4 ?
