ELO Ladder/ELO Hell

So during the season 4 I got this game. I got level 30 and rushed my placements near the end of season 4 and inevitably I was placed in Bronze 1. After not playing ranked for a while I came back and soon found myself in Bronze 5. Season 5 placements with winning all but 3 (damn afk summoners) I was placed in Bronze 5. Season 6 Bronze 5 again. The point of this post is to bring up the idea of a complete placement redo. This is not for example like placements for a new season but a complete new placement not taking former ranks into consideration. So a summoner that is stuck in bronze hopelessly has the potential to get into Gold without wasting all his time to create a new account. So an option like this could be set at an amount of persay 300-500 RP. Please Pleas Please if a Rioter could discuss this with me that would be fantastic.

If a summoner has the potential to get to gold they will get to gold.

no1 is stuck in bronze, even if you gain +/- 5 LP per win or loss. you should still be winning a large amount of games because of a gross lead you can create for yourself. even if you play support. hook after hook on the enemy adc still wins you the game.

you just have to keep playing and keep at it. if you maintain around 50% in bronze, you actually belong in bronze, you're not at the mercy of your team mates, its you.

you want to win? stop chasing in enemy jungle... use pings... last hit minions.... tell your team mates "its time to group up mid now" and you'll leave bronze in a week.

yes, seju wont come, shell stay in the jungle.... but you having 0 deaths is just so good for your team.

Since then I have a new acct and am not in Bronze. But if you play bronze games you will see the actual worst teams players. You can carry all you can but the game can't be a won with a one man army. This is just an attempt to give stuck players a chance.

And new season placement isn't the same as the first level 30 placements that you do. If you do new season placements and are in Bronze you are likely to go down regardless of if you were in bronze 1, 2, 3, or 4.

Yet you get punished for having feeding lanes and trolling players. People just hate the game at Bronze. And the only way really out of it is a new account and since doing that I've been in Gold 2 with people that actually have an idea how to play the game.

Each year I for one love the Placement matches you play only 10 GAMES to be placed between B5-G1, beats playing between 100 games to get from Bronze 1-Silver 3.
Had few friends who got placed high in the elo ranks when it was their first time 1. playing ranked or 2. playing after a long break. One of the friends got placed Gold 3 winning 6 out of 10 games. It was his first time playing Ranked.
Another won 2 out of 10 and got placed Silver 3. He had not played ranked in over 2 years. 2 Years before that he finished the season Bronze 2.

Riot should make it if your NEW to this game or never played ranked before after your 10 placement matches you should get placed between the ranks of Bronze 5-Bronze 1. Depending how many games you won Last year Riot changed it so it would be HARDER to rank up, why ? because they didn't want people to have harder games and get crushed in high elo Example if you were say Silver 2 they would put you in Silver 4-5 so you don't get crushed.
Why not just make it if you end a season Silver 3 why not make it so you don't get LOWER than silver 3. Why finish a season Silver 3 and get placed Bronze 4 ?

First year playing Ranked Bronze 5-1 Second year Start where you Left off, if you finished Silver 2, you get no lower than Silver 2. Just my thoughts on the matter

No offense but In my opinion the problem is that many people are unable to realize how much they are worth. In every season I played I have always been perfectly able to determine my best possible placement in the ladder.

In S4, after playing some games, I realized that I could not reach anything better than silver and in fact I have constantly stayed between silver 1 and 3 and I ended up in silver 3. In S5 I realized that I was worthy an high-gold low-plat placement and I ended up in low platinum. Same goes for this season where I still think that I deserve to be in low-plat and in fact I'm in low-plat. And I'm talking about my main account and the smurf that ironically is always in the same exact ELO.

If for some reason I manage to temporarily get a placement better than my predictions, I can immediately admit that I've had luck so I have to expect to drop pretty soon. No drama no cry. You need humility and maturity to understand your real skill level but most of players, especially the ones in low ELO, are not realistic. They think that they're worth 10 but in reality they're worth 1. The gap between their expectations and their actual skill is nonsensical here's why they flame, use boosting services, get banned and create expressions like "ELO hell".

I remember all my placements with the smurf with unranked and low bronze players playing Master Yi ADC, Katarina top, Ashe jungler etc. I have devastatingly won all games as a Shen support with a real support build carrying all games ending with scores like 18/0 and quadra/penta kills.

How do I know that I reached the ELO that I deserve? As a top laner (my secondary role) when I start to need some ganks in order to win the lane because I can no longer win the lane 100% alone. As a jungler (primary role) when ganking becomes really hard, when I start to change my build from damage to tankiness and I don't mind to last hit enemies just because I can't see others on the map and I expect everything to happend. More in general when I start to lose games for MY OWN mistakes in addition to mistakes of my team.

In conclusion if you are in bronze and you think that you belong to gold but you can't get out of bronze, probably you belong to bronze.

Placement redo has nothing to do with it, its your mmr

LOL explain why you're Bronze

Riot can give you placement over and over, but you'll always be where you belong with the same mmr you hold

ELO Hell doesn't exist.
