Skaarl should gain courage when Kled attacks Tibbers

Especially when the little girl dies and her bear is mauling my face and i have no move speed to escape nor spells at my disposal. I mean, if i were an immortal lizard and i saw a furry midget going toe to toe with a giant flaming bear id wanna help, right?

Also, i haven't tested it, but does Skaarl gain courage when attacking a Mordekaiser ghost? I think these things should give courage.
