I did not abandon a match or AFK why do i keep getting afk queue before i leave a game?

If someone takes smite and follows me around the jungle smiting my monsters and i decide to walk around the rest of the game why do i get afk? im so fucking tired of trolls trolling me but if i relatiate i get punished in some kind of way, what are the fucking rules on this fuck you riot give me my money back and i would leave this stupid game.
