Suggestion: Loading-screen chat

Hello all,

Sooo... sometimes loading screens can take a LONG time, and instead of tabbing out and doing something else, I think it would be practical and strategically viable to have a loading-screen chat window.

Something as simple as carrying over the chat from lobby. This will allow teams to strategize for the game. This is would be especially effective in solo queue, where it is difficult enough to communicate as it is (assume no voice chat).

In short, I think this would be a great way to integrate a bit more strategy into solo queue, and give teams an opportunity to have more interesting starts.
