I'd honestly rather they just remove Spear of Shojin. It's absurd that a lot of edge cases pop up on the advent of an item, and Riot refuses to consider that maybe, just /maybe/, cooldown reduction for abilities on autos actually warps the game into an unfavorable mess.

This is right up there with them reworking characters to make them 'healthier', and then doing a thousand mini reworks to 'fix' their newest incarnation. It's almost like pride goes before rational decision making.

Bigger shield than sions lol.
