Who is broken right now?

I'm just looking at tier lists to get an idea, Lux was tier 1 behind god tier.

Lux is god tier.Every website says this.

I consider broken problematic champs who can't be fixed with nerfs/buffs and might need reworks.

Such as:

Rengar whose feast or famine and either jumps->kill in .2 seconds or useless.(TBH if they removed bonetooth and just worked PART of that passive into his kit rengar would be healthier IMO, max stack bonetooth gets outta hand)

Yi who doesn't need AD/AP personally and only needs AS/on-hits (I say personally because yi don't need it for his kit but it's just a nice bonus)

Tryndamere who just scales off items in order to slap people with an amazing ulti so he can continue slapping people (lol).

Akali- Mostly due to an entire point-click gap close kit, which isn't bad but she gets overly nerfed when she does well because it's 3(4+if she scores a kill/ has enough CDR over the course of trying to kill)

Evelyn- ONLY because I love stun eve and hate how current evelyn just sucks unless you're some super amazing player who even then might not unlock her power if you can't keep up with your team/enemy team in power. I do love that she went through EVERY build path you can think of (Tank/AP/AD/Hybrid/Even support around rework time).

Cassiopeia- IMO broken cause she's clunky to use, although I havn't tried her with the QoL/bug fix she got so it might have fixed it+ she's in the upcoming mage update so I don't really think I shoulda included her.

Gangplank- I love my gangplank but I'm getting annoyed that riot gave him the most clunky move in the game that's only super OP if you land said move, which even the procs can't get often enough/consistently. On top of doing this they nerf him every patch because they want to force GP to keep this move instead of saying they were wrong giving him a move and giving him a much cleaner move that's more consistent and easier to balance. Nope more nerfs will come probably.

Illaoi- The weakest champ in the game because her power is locked behind so much flaws it's not funny, however no one wants to listen to me when I say she should be reworked keeping her kit but changing her damage type to magic, giving her non-movement impairing CC, and turn her into hybrid scaling giving her a better item diversity. However no one wants to listen to that so i'll just be happy with buffs she'll get until someone hears my plea.

Nasus, I don't think he's broken but feels kinda like the case of devourer being afk farm, if they gave him bonuses per a certain amount of stacks until a cap of maybe 300-400 he'd be more fun.

Ryze- I personally feel like he's only a problem not because he can spam skills but because he can with CC built in, that's the only thing i'm really seeing an issue with.

Urgot- I feel for him because he was my old main before his huge gutting (I salute the dedicated mains who sitll to this day play him and even defend him when called weak) however riot really needs to do something they already removed a lot of his damage, range, and overall safety, even showing that they're slowly buffing (Although he was due for a rework which was suppose to happen in the marksmen patch apparently but delayed) him he needs help. :c

Yorick- He COULD dominate in lane, then the rest of the game he's just someone who ultis and hopes his team does something. His design is great but the power that comes out of it just isn't there.

Soraka's only issue was just noninteractive gameplay which isn't really bad but hopefully with the new changes her playstyle will shift a bit, because it's not really so much of an issue that she isn't interacting with her enemy but more so that it feels like she doesn't really care what the enemy or her team does. She does have her silence/root to somewhat peel someone off however aside from that she doesn't really care what her team does and just heals and tries to regain life in order to heal again. Feels like she just overlooks a game as some presence who heals your team in a 4v5 rather than a 5on5. If that makes sense.....

Tahm's been getting nerfed feels less because HP ratios/Bulk but due to how he can help his team without his team asking, you can literally force your allies away if you wish thus controlling some of how your team can screw up or be in a pinch. Not only that but when you're team is doing well you can choose to force a 2nd priority or tank target out of a fight for some time so your team can take out the rest. I love my tahm though and just hope riot can figure out some way to stop nerfing him without a rework(And slightly buff him) cause I do love his kit....

I also was going to say nunu however I can't really identify what is problematic about him and could break the game if he was a top tier/overbuffed, so I excluded him.

I think everyone else is fixable with nerfs/buffs though.
