Quality of life change Can we give all champions outside of combat ability to move through all units

It would help stop with the spazzing out of champions and getting stuck in towers randomly due to buggy minions. It would be an easy change just make all champions have the buff to move through all units easily and just have it so that the buff resets on going to base or outside of combat for 25 seconds to avoid abuse like 7 stack sitting on
