Among all the Galio changes, why remove Debonaire's toothy smirk and Curly Mustache?

Exhibit A: Toothy Smirk, curly mustache, looks like a villain, THIS IS A COOL SPLASH ART: https://gyazo.com/86bf80dd3375a5b58ff9a62edf7fa693

Exhibit B: Full on beard, no curly mustache, no smirk, no longer has a "Is this guy a villain?" look: https://gyazo.com/e95142b9565cb670cd36c72e729e6bba

Threw the original integrity of the splash art right out of the window, even though it would've suited him now more than ever due to him being more of a smug bastard more than ever with his voice-over quotes and mannerisms. What gives? I'm open to the fact that they completely changed the champion, but this small detail in its original form actually fit the new Galio.

And yet no one cares that he's still holding a mana potion.

He's still got a toothy smirk. Also, the new Galio is clearly more jovial and manly. Hence the smile and the manly beard. Real men don't wear wimpy moustaches.

Galio isn't a villain to begin with...and the debonair line isn't a "villain" line...it's just the tuxedo line.

The new one fits him so much better, he went from twirling mustache villian and made him into a MANLY MAN with a badass Mob boss beard.
