These guys are so worried about high elo when that is like what? 3% of the population. We WANT solo queue back.
Don't want to give us solo queue? Fine, at least make the max premade to 2. So it can be 2-2-1 at the most. To make things.....much more fair.....
They're worried about high elo because it doesn't really affect low elo. Besides, if you set the premade max to 2 you've still gone back to the exact same solo Queue... which you've already been informed isn't going to happen.
Not trying to be rude here, but unfortunately what you're asking for has already been ruled out by Riot. They're moving forward with increased pre-made sizes; it's one of their main goals with the queue.
They're worried about higher MMR because that is objectively where the problem is greatest. Why is this surprising?
You can bring Annie AD Bruiser into a ranked bronze-gold match and win, you're making the assumption that a few silver ranked friends will actually coordinate.
That place is pure chaos, it wouldn't make a difference.
