Yuumi in URF is broken

First thing first, the speed she gives out level one is insane and too good to be true. You can have an enemy running at like 500ms permanently, her heal is also usable every like 1 second. Playing against her is not fun and whichever team gets Yuumi just wins. We can't even target her as a champion to burst her down. She just needs to go on a bruiser and GGEZ. You can't even CC the bruiser down if they are building a little bit tanky because Yuumi will just heal them up. DELETE YUUMI FROM URF THANK YOU. SHE IS NOT FUN TO DEAL WITH AND RUINS THE GAME FOR THE OTHER 8 PLAYERS
