Trash Teammates (Send Help!)

Here is the thing you know when people say your ranked teammates are based on your MMR blah blah blah but here is the thing if you cant get good teammates because of troll or afk you will lose and what happens after that? You will get worse teammates because ur MMR dropped and what happens after that YOU LOSE AGAIN ( WHAT A SURPRISE) I just had 2 games with troll raged Caitlin adc and poppy support (Yes same pick) and my MMR dropped because of that and after that game I was like NO I NEED TO STOP I GOTTA CLIMB THAT BRONZE LADDER OR MY FRIENDS WILL JUST MAKE FUN OF ME. Here is what happens I got into a game with a good team comb and we won early hard I was like yay I can win now but what happened is that basically our team starts "Split Pushing" instead of "Grouping" and all those split pushers die and die and die over and over and over again which cause the game to throw and after that I made a call of baron and my team agrees how wonderful but GUESS WHAT OUR JG WENT TO THEIR JG AND "WARD" THEIR RED the time I made that baron call was suppose to be we finish the baron and all recall as they made it to the pit but because of our jungler we lost that chance and they stopped us from getting baron and you know what happens after that we lost because they got the baron also our adc keep complaining that the enemy annie is targeting her so I said buy GA and she asked me what is GA (This is the moment you realize you will never make it out of bronze) I say go to the shop and type GA and select the second one to buy but she didn't reply instead she got a sprit visage. and I say sell that and buy GA NOW ITS TIME FOR TOXIC ADC She say SHUT UP NO GOLD and we just lost all team fight because our adc didn't have GA and was running into the enemy annie while our team never did a 5v5 team fights.
