Make it so the first part of the Q is the skill shot but the second part is targetable. This way she has an escape that isn't crazy but what the second targetable dash can do is make it so in teamfights or dueling in minions top lane, she can Q to something else if need be to hit her ult target on all sides.
As it stands now, goodluck hitting all 4 sides of her ult in a teamfight. No way in hell you are going to be doing that with one dash
Blade Waltz gave Fiora her identity to me, her other reworked abilities get a pass. The enemy won't sit still and allow themselves to be slashed from four directions and this will be near, if not, impossible to do in team fights.
The whole idea is that it should be hard to hit all four sides of the ultimate. You can 100-0 a full tank with the %hp true damage.
I don't get the reason for the heal on her ult. It makes zero sense with the theme of her kit. That being said, it increases her teamfighting usefulness by a million. 1v1 though in lane, her old ult is a million times better
