9 years and still no leaver system?

this game is been out for 9 years and you still haven't figured out the leaver system, countless games but mostly in promos ruined by afks and leavers. i just played a promo game that i lost too because the top laner riven....died twice in lane at 7 minutes then left, no punishment for the afker, because i never get a ding that says your reported player got punished. why cant you look at and see that there is someone who is left seconds after a death. and the game can tell if it was a dc or a leaver, it says a summoner disconnected if its lag, plus with their chats saying how laggy they are, and with people who leave you can tell it in the chat, so dont pull the whole "duos can take it for the team where only they lose lp" you can see it in the chat and you can see it if someone is duoing and people constantly leave, its not fair for the other 9 people. no excuse why this issue isnt fixed. The current leaver system is also bad if they go afk at 1:45 you still cant remake since they need to have lef for 1:30, and thats happened plenty of times too
