Why do I always get secondary? (For Riot)

Hi there :)

Recently I've been getting my secondary role 3/4 times and I'm not talking over 5 games, I'm talking 20+

I don't know why it is, as I normally go jungle/top or jungle/mid and even when I go mid as secondary, I usually end up getting it, even though it's supposedly the most desired role. I'm not mad at the new system, even though it has a lot of flaws imo, but as it is now, I'm actually getting a role I don't want about twice as often as I used too with the old system and I'm a bit frustrated. I'd rather wait 10 minutes than wait 5 and get a role I don't want as often as I do, not saying I should get it every game, but 75/25-ish

Just asking if there's any particular reason. I'm yet to find a person who would trade 5-10 min for getting a role they don't want, the same with autofill in diamond+.
