Passive Drain: When Fiddlesticks fears an enemy, he gains 20-230 + 55% AP as health back over 3 seconds. Healing increased by 25% against Jungle Monsters.
Passive Terrify: When Fiddlesticks successfully lands 2 abilities on the same target, they become feared for 0.5 - 1.5 seconds (1/7/14) This effect can only occur on a target once every 7 seconds.
>Q Crow Caller: >Range - 950 >Mana Cost - 65 at all ranks >Cooldown: 4 at all ranks
Fiddlesticks calls down a crow every 20/17/14/11/8 seconds to follow him, storing up to 6 crows. When activated, he sends out a crow that deals 45/65/85/105/125 + 85% AP to all targets they pass through. Each consecutive crow within 5 seconds deals 15% less damage to champions (Minimum 35%).
>W Dread/Scarecrow: >Range - 250 >Mana Cost - 75 at all ranks
(P)Dread - Standing still or channeling grants Fiddlesticks 25/30/35/40/45 bonus movement speed that lasts for 1.5 seconds once he starts moving. Being immobilized will not trigger Dread, and will reset the timer. When Dread is ready, Fiddlesticks stops all movement and stands perfectly still.
(A)Scarecrow - Fiddlesticks creates and stores other scarecrows over 60/50/40/30/20 seconds. He can keep up to 3 scarecrows with him. When Fiddlesticks places a scarecrow on the ground they can hold one basic ability which they will cast on the first enemy target to come across them. The scarecrows lasts 15 seconds (doubled in bushes).
>E Dark Wind NEW: Dark Wind can bounce from Fiddlesticks' scarecrows to enemy targets
R Crowstorm:
Damage changed from 125/225/325 + 45% AP to 50/75/100 + 40% AP. Damage tick changed from every second to every 0.5 seconds. Applies one stack of Terrify.
I wanted to update his kit to make him feel less archaic. I've never felt as though he's has a good identity with a singular purpose, and while that opens him up to numerous playstyles, it also leaves his kit bland and hard to buff without breaking. So I went ahead with these changes trying to keep him intact in both jungle and support, but leaving his mid lane as an option. I'd love feedback
