ARAM AFK Players

There is a consistent increase in the amount of players going AFK in ARAM whether early, mid or late game. So, I was wondering if you guys can input an AI/bot to compensate, at the very least?

As an ARAM player, I am getting frustrated that none of the players I report for AFK actually get penalties, or ANY other penalties in general (but that's another matter). Similar concerns are shared among most players I have played with over the 1800+ games that I played in ARAM alone. That is why I decided to bring this to your attention, because I am fed up and I want to see a change.

I think there's an issue going on right now because a ton of people I've talked to are getting bugsplatted at random at the start of ARAM games.

At least, I've been seeing WAY more AFKs in ARAM than usual, so it sounds reasonable to me given several people I've asked confirming it.

I think putting in a bot would be worse because it's just gonna end up feeding

if an afk player gets replaced by a bot all the bot will do is feed the enemy gold, this game has worthless bots

There have been a lot of disconnect/crash/loading screen errors in this patch and unfortunately they haven't all been fixed. It's just something you have to deal with right now. I'm not reporting people for never connecting at the start and just opening for the next one if it doesn't look winnable 4v5.

I used to get bug splat often.... Then I stopped tabbing over and it hasn't happened since. Something about the client seems to hate being minimized while loading

I guess whatever it is that is causing this, they need to fix it asap. Thanks for your opinions, really appreciate them.
