Will Mordekiaser be viable after the Marksman update??

With the buffs to the Marksman coming up, the 50% nerf on exp w, how slow and squishy Morde is, will Morde even be viable botlane anymore? Sure, Morde has a powerful Q, but one cannot always land it. People are wising up and getting Morde early to keep him down.

Considering how slow Morde is and the buffs to marksmen coming up, I have a feeling Morde in bot lane will just serve as lunch for the enemy bot laners.

How will Morde be viable without a damage over time w? One cannot always rely on q, especially if they have magic resist(q multiplier deals magic damage). Morde can't solo lane too well with where w is in it's current form, so going into a solo lane doesn't seem like a good idea. I mean, the jungler can't hold your hand, they need to farm, too.

Morde has one of the worst armor stats in the game. TEEMO has more armor that a possesed suit of armor,lol! How will he even stand a chance against the Marksmen after the update? I'm not complaining about the upcoming preseason;it seems cool, but it will not be fun to have a champion you and others like to play become next to unplayable.

Remeber, 3rd q doesn't always one hit, and if you go glass cannon, you will surely die, as you are hella slow and are super squishy. MORDE MUST PROTECT HIS BONES TO SURVIVE.
