@Preseason team: possible oversight with mana compensation

The mastery Expanded Mind (25/50/75 mana) will no longer exist next season. I'm sure some of the ap champions getting compensation for the removal of mana pots currently take 9 points in utility with expanded mind taking up 3 of those points. Feel free to correct me if i'm wrong since you have the data behind it.

If the champions get a 50 base mana buff, then they are still 25 mana behind where they are currently while also gaining 3 less ap per level. Was this an oversight or is there something i'm missing?

If someone with PBE access could drop some insight on how compensated champions are performing, that would also be appreciated.

nope u r not missing anything. resourcesless champs are gunna have an even bigger advantage in S6 if they dont compensate the removal of Expanded mind + MP pots better

Feedback from testers or the balance team would be appreciated. If the compensated champions seem to be doing fine it's a non-issue. Unfortunately, i don't know what would be necessary to compensate them appropriately if it is an issue.

While this is just me personally, I havent had many mana issues. I think this is mainly due to me picking up the Refillable Potion and its upgrades a LOT and in play testing, but rightfully so since it adds a lot of damage over a trade early game (usually about 40-50 extra damage per trade, with the usual item of that cost only adding about 25-30) and it giving great sustain ESPECIALLY with the potion mastery and The Dark Seal boost.

Also, Doran's Ring Mana Regeneration is actually buffed since it now scales per level with your base mana. Overall, about the same... OVERALL! I bet there is some I haven't tested that are hurt, but we will find them.
